We provide counseling, support, coaching, and recipes to help you begin and successfully stick with a number of healthy diets.
The Biggest Problem Today Is Allergy Foods
An enormous problem for many people seeking health is that there are many food allergies that can cause poor health. According to Dr. Neal Barnard, M.D. the foods that are multi-symptom allergy triggers are: dairy, wheat, citrus fruits, corn, caffeine, meat, nuts, tomatoes, and eggs (from Foods That Fight Pain). In order to be healthy many people need to avoid one or more of these foods. In addition, eliminating all sources of white sugar, white flour, refined salt and hydrogenated oils will support your efforts to be be healthy. This can be an overwhelming experience if you do not know how to properly do an elimination diet.
