Personal tutoring or during a massage/bodywork session gives you an opportunity to have my complete attention. I focus upon your questions and special needs.

In the personal tutoring session I do an in-depth postural assessment exam to see if you have postural or other physical irregularities or injuries that are 'old' and complicated. This approach is cost productive and time saving.

The one-on-one approach tutoring gives me a better opportunity to use my observation skills during the exploration, assessment, and analysis part of each private session.

In each session you learn the concepts and techniques I have found that are successful for preventing stress, pain or injury.

During the personal tutoring of Self Care I can be more keenly notice any subtle adjustments you may need in the exercises or movements body in positions, movements or stretches in your exercise program.

As the restorative phase of our work together begins to relieve your stress and pain, you are taught new and adjusted movements and techniques that will prevent a recurrence of your previous pain.

The Balance The Center movements and exercises that are specifically designed for you help to restore the optimum use of your muscles, open tight joints, relieve stiffness, pain, and create a new sense of well-being.
